Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager – Organic GrowthWe build things that last - roofs, relationships, and a reputation earned one job at a time. Now we're looking for a content-first Social Media Manager to take everything happening on our job sites and turn it into organic growth that converts.What You'll OwnManage and grow all social channels - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube - with a focus on organic reachBuild and execute a monthly content calendar showcasing our work, our people, and our expertiseShoot, direct, and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts - start to finishDesign on-brand graphics, stories, and post layoutsWrite compelling captions with SEO-optimized copy and CTAs that drive engagement and leadsMonitor and actively engage with followers - comments, DMs, and reviews - to build a loyal communityStay current on algorithm shifts, trending audio, and emerging formats and adapt fastCoordinate with field crews to capture authentic, in-the-moment jobsite contentTrack and report on KPIs monthly: follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and lead attributionRun A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and copy to continuously improve performanceRequirements2+ years managing social media for a brand or agencyProven organic growth track record - bring the numbersVideo editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Express)Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithmsAbility to create content in fast-paced, outdoor jobsite environmentsUnderstanding of YouTube SEO and long-form caption strategyProficient with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and similar toolsStrong written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain brand voiceSelf-starter who owns their deadlines without micromanagementBonus PointsExperience in construction, roofing, trades, or home servicesPhotography skills or drone footage experiencePaid social experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)Google review and reputation management experienceKnowledge of Google Analytics / GA4What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience (42-46K - bonuses available)Health benefitsMileage reimbursement for jobsite visitsCreative autonomy to build a social presence from the ground upDirect access to leadership - your ideas get heardReal growth potential as the company scales
