The incumbent is responsible for planning and directing Service Desk operations, customer service support, IT systems administration, and configuration management activities. Basic Qualifications (2210 series) Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions. AND Specialized Experience To qualify for the GS‑13 grade level you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS‑12 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non‑Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties: Provides IT systems administration, customer support, service desk, and information security support. Plans and coordinates the installation, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time‑in‑grade, by 07/08/2026 of this announcement.
