POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager


POSITION DUTIES - Discharge planning

Utilization review

Dealing with all payers, including uninsured and homeless

Completing Initial assessments.


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• CA RN license
• BSN
• BLS
• 2 years recent acute hospital experience in specialty
• DC Planning and UM/UR experience
• Must be familiar with Interqual
• Must have prior Dignity/CommonSpirit experience to be considered

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 Weeks


SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Between 8-5pm (8hr days)

EOW with at least one full weekend per month


SYSTEMS - Cerner / Interqual


START DATE - ASAP
