POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES - Discharge planning
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
- CA RN license
- BSN
- BLS
- 2 years recent acute hospital experience in specialty
- DC Planning and UM/UR experience
- Must be familiar with Interqual
- Must have prior Dignity/CommonSpirit experience to be considered
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Between 8-5pm (8hr days) EOW with at least one full weekend per month
SYSTEMS - Cerner / Interqual
