Founded in 2011 by Rodd Miller, CFP®, Miller Wealth Management serves professionals, business owners, and skilled trade employees with retirement and business exit planning, comprehensive financial and estate planning, and personalized investment advice. THE ROLE

• Manage and grow a book of client relationships
• Lead client meetings, deliver financial plans, and implement recommendations
• Advise on retirement income, tax efficiency, investments, and risk management
• Support corporate retirement plan strategy and business exit planning
• Work directly with the founder and contribute to how the firm grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor
• Series 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain promptly), with a clean U4
• Whether you bring an existing book or want to grow one, we want to talk
• CFP® designation or progress toward it preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A competitive, results-driven track record
• Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
