Client Solutions Manager

Serving as the primary strategic and operational point of contact for clients, the full-time Client Solutions Manager will develop trusted relationships, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful technology delivery in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment between client objectives and technology solutions Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, driving collaboration to resolve issues and execute initiatives effectively Required qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical account management Experience in an agency or client services environment managing multiple clients or complex accounts Deep familiarity with data ecosystems, integrations, APIs, or marketing platforms Experience leading client-facing demos, pitches, or solution presentations Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
