Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong recent experience in the banking/financial services domain . The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of Business Analysis experience and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and project managers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect analysis, and resolution.
• Analyze business and functional impacts of proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and traceable from inception through implementation.
• Provide analytical support for banking/financial applications and processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong and recent Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory .
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and UAT processes.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX or Tampa, FL .
• CCBA or CBAP certification required.
  • Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain the certification after selection and before onboarding .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large banking/financial institutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale banking applications.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
• CBAP/CCBA certification preferred at the time of submission.
