Fitter/WelderExpress is seeking a Fitter/Welder for a company in Zelienople, PA! This role focuses on tack welding, fabricating assemblies, and producing high-quality welds while maintaining safety and efficiency in the shop.Pay: Starting at $24.50/hrSchedule:Monday–Thursday2:00 PM – 12:30 AMJob DescriptionTack assemblies together according to specifications and drawingsReview blueprints, weld details, and project instructionsSet up welding machines and required equipmentPerform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding to required standardsEnsure completed welds meet quality and fabrication standardsFollow all safety procedures and identify potential safety concernsApply Lean Manufacturing principles, including maintaining organized work areas (5S)Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvementsWhat You BringMinimum 2 years of MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding experienceStrong fabrication experience requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret weld drawings, procedures, and shop travelersAbility to pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications (AWS D14.6 if applicable)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPE including respirators and safety bootsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality weldsGood communication skills and a willingness to learn and improveBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchProfit sharingVacation payHoliday payTuition reimbursementQuarterly bonusesIf you're an experienced welder with strong fabrication skills and a focus on quality, we encourage you to apply!
