Job Description Title: Certified Special Education Teacher Location: Philadelphia| Woodhaven Road-Philadelphia PA, 19154 Qualifications/Required Skills: Special Education is required for teachers. Applicants must possess all current PA state clearances (Police, Child Abuse and Fingerprinting) Knowledge of Special Education regulations and procedures Experience working with students exhibiting multiple disabilities, including: autism, ADD and ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays Excellent communication and teaching skills Positive, student-centered, and compassionate individual Experience with diagnostic assessments Understanding of Progress Monitoring and data collection Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $55 to $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Special education: 1 year (Required) IEP: 3 years (Preferred) working with students exhibiting multiple disabilities: 2 years (Preferred) working with students with emotional challenges: 2 years (Preferred) working with students with developmental delays: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Special Education Standard Certification (Required) | Active SPED Teacher Emergency Certificate Work Location: In person | Woodhaven Road #J-18808-Ljbffr
