Receptionist – High Desert Dermatology High Desert Dermatology is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. Our front desk is the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service while keeping a busy medical office organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying and updating patient information, verifying insurance, collecting payments, communicating patient messages to the clinical team, and assisting with other front-office duties.

Qualifications

Previous medical office or dermatology experience is helpful, but reliability, attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional customer service are especially important to us.
