IT Program Manager - Hybrid

IT Program Manager - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ.This role requires a strategic professional with proven analytical and business management skills to improve performance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at decomposing complex issues, driving decisions, and developing executive-ready communications. This position involves managing organizational priorities and utilizing financial and Agile tools like Jira. The role has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.Responsibilities:Think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiencyDecompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independentlyDevelop executive-ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the storyDevelop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand their respective roles and responsibilitiesRequirements:Proven analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presenceAdvanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointExtremely organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize competing prioritiesExperience with financial toolsKnowledge of Jira costing and strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)Experience with headcount and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, HRIS, MicroStrategy)Desired skills:5 or more years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leadersPrior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordinationStrong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insightsStrong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levelsPrior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlinesStrong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential waySelf-starter, high energy, and detail-oriented; ability to work with minimal supervisionPay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
