IT Program ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The candidate will be responsible for application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple technology initiatives.Responsibilities:Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requestsTrack projects, milestones, risks, and action itemsGather updates and maintain leadership reportingCoordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activitiesSupport infrastructure onboarding and application management effortsRequirements:Technology operations or project coordination experienceExperience with Excel reporting and trackingKnowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRAExperience with project planning, documentation, and status reportingStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented, self-starter, and quick learnerStrong follow-up and execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesired Skills:Previous experience in a large enterprise environmentApplication management experienceQuality Assurance experienceRisk, compliance, or governance experiencePay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
