Program ManagerDallas, TXContractPosition Summary:Establishing program goals and visionsDeveloping the Program CharterAssigning, managing and/or coordinating Project ManagersValidating business requirementsUnderstanding the current customer environment and assessing the requirements to successfully transform from the current to the future solutionOverseeing the development and execution of additional program functions, including:Program management plan: Program scheduling, sequencing, dependencies, timelines and staffing plan, including:ProcurementProvisioningData center / site readiness & installationUser deployment & migrationCost management plan: Contingency plansRisk management plan and escalation pathsCommunications plan: Change management planLead project team members in detailed planning and executionDevelop and execute project functionsProject scheduling, sequencing, dependencies, timelines, and staffing plan, including:ProcurementSite engagement/kickoffFacilitate site data collectionSite readiness and installationOperational turnoverCommunicate with various bank personnel and third-party providers to manage end-to-end projects dealing with bank network and infrastructure.Manage one or more cross-functional projects/engagements of medium to high complexity.Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Work from detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reportsFacilitate standard process, procedures, and controls.Attend project/engagement meetings and is responsible for project task tracking.Communicate to internal and external program stakeholders.Provide executive reporting of program status.
