This company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join our transportation and logistics team.
Previous experience in air import operations is preferred but not required . We are open to candidates who are motivated to learn the logistics business and develop their skills in international transportation. Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day air import operations
- Prepare and process documents required for import shipments
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and related matters
- Prepare customer invoices and assist with billing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and other business partners as needed
- Assist with warehouse-related activities when necessary
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
- Perform other duties related to import operations as assigned
- Previous experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Japanese and English bilingual skills preferred; English-only candidates are also welcome
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
