Payroll Specialist (Immediate Need)Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team ASAP! This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience processing payroll for large employee populations.Key Responsibilities:Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsHandle payroll tax filings, garnishments, direct deposits, and benefit deductionsResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesAssist with audits, reconciliations, and reportingPartner with HR and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracyQualifications:2+ years of payroll processing experienceExperience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP, or a similar payroll system (Paychex, UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Paycom, Workday, etc.)Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirementsProficiency with Excel and payroll reportingHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsWhy Apply?Immediate opening with quick interview processCompetitive compensationOpportunity to join a growing organizationCollaborative and supportive team environmentIf you're an experienced payroll professional ready for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
