Office Services Associate

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support day-to-day administrative and operational services for a client site in Santa Monica, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering dependable copy, mail, scanning, and workplace support. The role requires strong customer service, careful handling of sensitive materials, and the ability to balance multiple requests while maintaining quality and turnaround expectations.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing instructions, confirming job details, and documenting work accurately before production begins.• Provide copy, printing, scanning, mail, and intake support across both physical and digital workflows while following established service standards.• Organize tasks based on urgency and committed delivery times to ensure completed work reaches clients and internal teams on schedule.• Monitor the quality of completed assignments, checking for accuracy and consistency in your own output and assisting with quality review when needed.• Communicate proactively with supervisors and clients regarding deadlines, request changes, service issues, or questions that may affect completion times.• Resolve routine equipment and production issues, replenish paper and toner, and keep machines ready for daily use.• Handle confidential documents with discretion and follow company and client policies for secure processing and distribution.• Support additional workplace services, which may include reception, hospitality, audio/visual assistance, or other back-office functions as business needs change.
