Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled ICU RN with extensive critical care experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and adapt quickly to diverse settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, closely monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BSN and active RN license.
• Possess 2 or more years of recent ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record systems.
• Have previous travel or contract nursing experience.
• Be able to work all three shifts within a week, including weekends.
• Be willing to accommodate RTO requests and flexible scheduling.
