Senior Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage proposals and pursuit submissions from initial planning through final submission. Prepare qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other business development materials. Write, edit, and produce proposal content, marketing collateral, and client-facing documents. Partner with project managers and internal teams to gather information and develop submission materials. Support branding initiatives, social media efforts, and other marketing campaigns. Create marketing deliverables using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of professional marketing experience. Experience managing proposals and pursuit submissions from start to finish. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience in commercial construction, AEC, or a related industry is preferred. Experience with WordPress, social media management, or brand development is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Turn2Partners
