Requirements: 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Excellent computer skills; database experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties: Review job applications and driver qualification files for completeness Process MVRs, background checks, DAC reports, and employment verifications Verify previous employment and ensure hiring criteria are met Complete and maintain driver qualification files within required timelines Prepare and submit weekly reports accurately and on time Monitor expiring documents and communicate updates to clients Conduct drug, alcohol, breathalyzer, hair, and urine testing procedures Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal teams regarding qualification requirements Support additional compliance and administrative functions as assigned Why This Job?
