Job Title CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Location 1020 North MAIN ST, Celina, OH Job Description Administer vaccines such as flu, COVID, and MMR to patients. Display empathy and compassion towards patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and shift schedules. Motivate and support team members to achieve goals and foster a positive team environment. Critical Information Schedule: Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri/Sat; 9:00am – 1:00pm. Remote/on-site/hybrid: Onsite as needed. Compliance/submission: PPE provided; must be licensed RN; must not be on DEA Excluded Parties List. Environment: Dynamic community healthcare setting. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the applicable U.S. state or territory. At least one year of related nursing experience, including immunizations and quality patient care. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Verifyable high school diploma or GED required.
