Описание Appercut специализируется на B2C Subscription Apps & Web. *Instagram и Facebook принадлежат компании Meta Platforms Inc., деятельность которой признана экстремистской и запрещена на территории РФ Задачи Формировать стратегию привлечения пользователей и масштабировать Meta, Google, TikTok и Snapchat Отвечать за ключевые бизнес-метрики направления, развивать команду и стандарты эффективности Создавать системы тестирования креативов и воронок Создавать с нуля систему масштабирования трафика и развивать автоматизацию закупки рекламы Искать точки роста, анализировать рынок и конкурентов совместно с командами Creative и Growth Требования Иметь не менее 5 лет опыта в привлечении пользователей или маркетинге эффективности Иметь подтверждённый опыт управления рекламными бюджетами от $1.5M+ в месяц Обладать глубокой экспертизой в построении и масштабировании воронок Web-to-App и Web-Funnel для B2C Subscription Apps & Web Иметь опыт работы с Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads и Snapchat Ads Иметь опыт найма, наставничества и управления командой специалистов по закупке рекламы, построения регламентов и KPI Уверенно работать с юнит-экономикой, включая LTV, CAC, Payback Period и ROAS, атрибуцией и сквозной аналитикой Иметь опыт создания систем привлечения пользователей, алгоритмов автоматизации закупки трафика и системного тестирования креативов либо чёткое видение этих процессов Условия Не менее 30 дней отпуска в год Компенсация больничных без справки Высокая свобода в принятии решений и отсутствие микроменеджмента После 6 месяцев работы компенсируют спорт, занятия английским и страховку Тип занятости: B2B (JDG, ИП или аналогичный формат) #J-18808-Ljbffr HireHi
