Key Qualifications: Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license for Illinois Previous experience with early childhood or school-based caseloads preferred Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy documentation requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families Flexibility and adaptability working with young children Compliance with all relevant district and state regulations or certifications Responsibilities: Deliver direct, onsite occupational therapy services to early childhood students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support students development in motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in classroom routines Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans and tracking student progress Collaborate with teachers and related service professionals to integrate therapeutic interventions into the school environment Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines Attend staff meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required Enjoy the Support You Deserve:This position offers consistent, full-time hours at 32.5 hours per week.
