About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse.

Help with medication reminders and basic health care tasks.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and any significant observations in client records.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
