Heart of Gold Residential Services which is a subsidiary company of Heart to Heart Health and Wellness, is looking to hire a compassionate Home Health Care Aide to serve a client family at a residential location in Solon, Ohio. Here is a bit more about us and this role:

Job Summary:
We're seeking dedicated and caring Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to our clients. You'll be a vital part of their daily lives, offering assistance with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. If you're passionate about helping others and have a heart of gold, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and document client progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Patient, understanding, and respectful of client needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
