Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and caring Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to our clients. You'll be a vital part of their daily lives, offering assistance with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document client progress.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Patient, understanding, and respectful of client needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
