Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in the  Boulder County area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of  our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Care Professional, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Personal Care and Homemaker Services for a 24-year-old male client who uses a wheelchair and lives with family in Erie. Providers do not need to provide transportation or administer medication for this service

Client Care varies by Client, but will include:

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Assistance with errands and shopping
• Bathing & showering
• Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Assistance with toileting
• Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises
• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance*
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

· 18+ years of age
