To learn more details about our Total Rewards program, visit Qualifications Education/h2pHas a High School Diploma/GED./ppProficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures./ppSome retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu./ppPrevious experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal./ppManages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager./ppDemonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes./ppDemonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role.
