We’re hiring a Strategic Sales Lead at Edensign.
Edensign is building the future of AI-powered spatial intelligence for the built world. Incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs, we are developing next-generation AI systems that combine generative AI, spatial reasoning, design intelligence, and real estate data to transform how real world spaces are visualized, marketed, understood, and optimized.
We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Business Development & Strategic Sales Lead to help scale Edensign across the real estate industry.
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands how real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and MLS systems actually operate - someone who already speaks the language of the industry and understands the workflows, pain points, and relationships inside modern real estate.

The ideal candidate may come from:
• Real estate agent or brokerage background
• MLS / proptech / real estate SaaS sales
• Brokerage partnerships or enterprise real estate relationships
• Top-producing real estate teams transitioning into tech
• Strategic B2B sales in proptech or AI
You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team on:
• Brokerage and MLS partnership development
• Enterprise sales and strategic accounts
• Lead generation, CRM workflows, and outbound email sequencing
• Client relationship management and long-term account development
• Real estate team onboarding and customer success coordination
• GTM strategy and customer feedback loops
• Partnership opportunities with brokerages, media, and real estate organizations
• Industry networking, conference strategy, and in-person relationship building
• Identifying high-value distribution channels across the real estate ecosystem
• Helping shape product positioning based on agent and brokerage workflows
• Strategic integrations and partnership opportunities across real estate platforms and workflows
This is an opportunity to help build one of the next-generation AI infrastructure companies for real estate and the built world.
Ideal Background:
• Strong understanding of real estate brokerage and MLS ecosystems
• Existing relationships with agents, brokerages, MLS organizations, or real estate teams is a major plus
• Experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development
• Real estate agent experience is highly valued — active or former agents are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and initiative
• Experience in proptech, SaaS, AI, or real estate technology is highly valuable
• Excited about the future of AI and real estate innovation
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
