What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities): Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of indoor/outdoor areas, restrooms, and floors to ensure they meet DetailXPerts elite standards. Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example by performing general cleaning and maintenance (pressure washing fuel islands, floor care, window detailing, and sanitation). Team Coordination: Direct and mentor fellow cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Operational Reporting: Complete and submit digital checklists, inventory sheets, and inspection reports (Word/Excel). Facility Security: Ensure all buildings are locked and secured after hours and proactively report any maintenance hazards. Client Excellence: Act as the face of the company, building trust and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Requirements: Experience: At least 1–2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience (Required). Experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for administrative tasks and inventory management. Reliability: You must be dependable, punctual, and have a \"get it done\" attitude. Credentials: A valid drivers license with a reasonable record, reliable transportation to our hub, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Schedule & Pay: Shift: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday + rotating weekends). Flexibility: Willingness to cover absences or assist with special projects as needed.
