Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday, supporting children’s growth, development, and success. Collaborate with educators and families to help each student reach their fullest potential, while also providing guidance and supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about making a positive impact within a school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current occupational therapy certification/license is required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to provide direct services, as well as supervise and mentor COTAs
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting their educational and functional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support COTAs, ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct evaluations, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
