Front Office Supervisor

Position Overview We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our reception team at the Hyatt Regency. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and involves coaching, providing direction, and performing basic management functions such as training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. Responsibilities Supervise front‑office agents, ensuring efficient guest registration and service delivery. Communicate hotel services, promotions, and guest inquiries to create a memorable experience. Process forms of payment and handle guest requests promptly. Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. Qualifications A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Experience and a thorough understanding of front office operations.
