Framing Manager

Job Description

The Framing Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the framing phase of construction projects, ensuring that teams operate efficiently, projects stay on schedule, and resources are effectively allocated. This position requires strong leadership and risk management skills to guarantee safety and project success.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead framing teams to maintain productivity and quality standards
Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
Allocate resources efficiently to optimize workflow
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the framing process

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA Safety Certification
Project management expertise
Experience in construction planning
Strong problem-solving skills
