Affinity Consulting Group is assisting with the hiring of a Personal Injury Attorney for our client, the Law Office of Yohannes K. Sium, PLLC. This is for an in-person role in downtown Seattle. The Law Office of Yohannes K. Sium is a growing plaintiff firm built around one simple idea: exceptional legal representation begins with genuine relationships.

• Have meaningful plaintiff or insurance defense litigation experience.

• Enjoy negotiating and advocating for clients.

• Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.

• Negotiate directly with insurance companies.

• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Handle arbitrations.

• Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.

• Utilize technology, including Clio and AI tools, to improve efficiency.

For more than 15 years, the firm has represented individuals and small business owners during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Many of those clients are immigrants, professional drivers, and entrepreneurs who depend on their vehicles and businesses to support their families. They need an attorney who not only knows the law but also communicates clearly, earns trust, and genuinely cares about helping them move forward.

• Personal injury litigation experience preferred (but strong insurance defense litigators with deposition experience are also encouraged to apply).

• Experience negotiating with insurance companies.

• Experience taking depositions.

• Arbitration experience strongly preferred.

• Civil litigation experience, including motion practice.

• Willing to work in person in downtown Seattle.
