We value independent and critical thinking.We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our technical teams. This individual will partner with leaders and individual contributors to proactively provide support and guidance on career advancement, employee relations, leveling, and org design (and so much more!). Reporting to the Director of HR, the Senior HRBP will be a key figure in maintaining an engaged tech culture at Lendbuzz.This is a hybrid position that requires working at least 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from our Boston, MA headquarters.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the US-based tech departments as the dedicated HR point of contactManage end-to-end employee lifecycle (eg onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding)Coach leaders to improve management skills and leadership capabilitiesPartner with executive leadership to design and launch strategic HR initiativesConduct regular check-ins with employees across the tech teams; summarize themes and take action on findingsProcess status changes and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee recordsOwn Paylocity administration including platform upkeep, configuration, and optimizationPerform data analysis, participate in audits, and generate reportsConfigure Paylocity performance modules to support company evaluation cyclesConsult with managers and employees to guide them through the evaluation processLead performance calibration sessions to ensure fair, consistent scoring across teamsProvide coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth within the People teamExperience/Skills:Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, as an HR Business Partner or an HR GeneralistStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong proficiency with Paylocity (required) and Jira (preferred)Clear, professional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable and eager to work across internal teamsAn understanding of what engages tech employees, and what makes them grow and thrive in their careersThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment$100,000 - $110,000 a yearWe believe:Diversityis a competitive advantage.
