The Opportunity

The Managing Operating Partner will be responsible for running the operational side of StinkeBins.

You will be expected to be a hands-on leader , particularly in the early stages, and will personally perform bin-cleaning services while developing the systems, people and processes necessary to grow the business.

You will have significant responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the company, including:

• Managing daily operations Monday through Saturday
• Operating the StinkeBins cleaning truck and equipment
• Personally performing residential and commercial bin-cleaning services
• Managing daily routes and scheduling
• Ensuring customers receive reliable, professional service
• Maintaining the company's equipment and vehicles
• Managing inventory, supplies and operational needs
• Hiring, training, managing and terminating employees
• Building and managing the operations team as the company grows
• Establishing efficient operating procedures
• Improving productivity and route efficiency
• Managing service quality and customer satisfaction
• Identifying operational issues and developing solutions
• Helping determine when additional employees, trucks and equipment are needed
• Taking ownership of the operational performance and profitability of the business

Ultimately, the goal is for the Operating Partner to become the person who runs the day-to-day operation of StinkeBins .

Compensation & Profit Sharing

This is not a traditional hourly or salaried position.

The Operating Partner will receive:

50% of StinkeBins' monthly net operating profit.

Net profit will be calculated after the company's normal operating expenses have been paid.

For example, if the company generates $30,000 in revenue during a month and has $18,000 in operating expenses, the remaining $12,000 in net profit would be split:

• Operating Partner: $6,000
• Owner: $6,000

The owner does not take a salary or management fee before the monthly profit is calculated.

This structure is designed so that the Operating Partner's financial success is directly tied to the success and profitability of StinkeBins.

Sweat Equity / Ownership

In addition to the monthly profit participation, the Operating Partner has the opportunity to earn actual ownership in StinkeBins through continued service.

The ownership structure is:

• 5% ownership after completing 3 full years of service
• An additional 1% ownership for each additional completed contract year
• Maximum ownership opportunity: 25%

Ownership is earned through continued service and contribution to the company. If the Operating Partner leaves before completing the initial three-year period, no ownership is earned.

The monthly profit-sharing opportunity and the long-term ownership opportunity are separate components of the overall compensation structure.

The Owner's Role

The owner will continue to be responsible for the overall strategic and business-development side of StinkeBins, including:

• Overall business strategy
• Financial oversight
• Sales and marketing
• Business development
• Major customer relationships
• Strategic partnerships
• Long-term growth planning
• Capital investment decisions
• Overall direction of the company

The Operating Partner will be responsible for turning that strategy into a successful day-to-day operation.

You do not need to invest your own money into the business.

Your investment is your time, energy, leadership and sweat equity.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a commercial cleaning truck and equipment
• Ability to perform physical work and handle/move garbage and recycling bins
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain and other weather conditions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and manage employees
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

Previous business ownership, route-based business, landscaping, pressure washing, mobile services, fleet operations or similar experience would be valuable, but the right attitude and entrepreneurial mindset are more important than a specific background.

The Growth Opportunity

StinkeBins is at an exciting stage of growth.

Our objective is to double the size of the business over the next year and continue building a scalable operation that can support multiple trucks, employees and expanded service territory.

The Operating Partner will play a major role in making that growth happen.

As the company grows, the expectation is that the Operating Partner will transition from personally performing the majority of the work to building, managing and leading the operational team.

The long-term opportunity is to help build StinkeBins into a larger, highly efficient service company while participating directly in the profits and earning a meaningful ownership position.

This Opportunity Is Not for Everyone

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job.

There is no guaranteed salary, and there is no guaranteed monthly profit distribution. Compensation is directly tied to the profitability of the business.

In return, the successful partner has the opportunity to participate in 50% of the company's monthly net profits and earn up to 25% ownership through continued service.

If you are looking for a job with a fixed paycheck, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
