What’s The Job?
Asahi/America is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Inside Sales team. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, helping them place orders, answer product questions, and ensure every order is handled accurately from start to finish. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You Will Own.
You'll take ownership of the customer experience by processing orders accurately, tracking shipments, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. You'll work closely with our Sales, Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure products are delivered on time. You'll also help customers select the right products, maintain accurate customer records, process returns, and identify opportunities to improve our processes and service. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships and reinforce Asahi/America's reputation for exceptional service.

What Separates You From The Rest.
You genuinely enjoy helping customers and have the communication skills to make even complex situations feel easy. You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus. Experience in industrial customer service, inside sales, or manufacturing is a plus, especially if you've worked with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle. Most importantly, you're a team player who enjoys solving problems, learning technical products, and providing the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
