Licensed Clinical Social Workers continue to play a vital role in expanding access to mental healthcare. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments. Provide individual and family psychotherapy. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with the broader care team while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing. Ability to practice independently where required by state law. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
