Duties
Help
Uses technical knowledge and expertise in the operation of base supply functions to assure proper assessment of contractor performance.
Receives and processes complaints from base customers.
Educates base customers in the contractor's responsibilities. Establishes schedules, and conducts instruction for all contractor customers.
Prepares various reports, forms, operating instructions (OI's), correspondence, and other quality assurance documents.
Assists Accountable Officer (AO) in developing documentation for new requirements and changes to the contract Statement of Work. Assists in the evaluation of the contractor proposals.
