Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Procurement Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities by processing orders and ensuring timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships by coordinating communications and resolving order related issues.
• Process customer payments and cash receipts while ensuring accurate application within financial systems.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support internal departments by coordinating procurement requests and monitoring order status through completion.

Requirements

• Bring experience in procurement purchasing accounts receivable or a related operational role.
• Demonstrate proficiency working within enterprise resource planning systems and financial software platforms.
• Possess experience processing cash receipts customer payments and account reconciliations.
• Maintain the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and organizational requirements.
• Work independently while quickly learning procedures and adapting to established workflows.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment.
