Purchasing Student AssistantStudentRiverside, CA • Part-TimeDepartment: Accounting Title: Purchasing Student Assistant Pay Range: 16.90/hr Date: 6/28/2025Location: Administration Building 107 Report to: Monique Camarena Hours: 25 hours per weekPeriod of Agreement: School YearPurpose: Provide clerical duties and filing services to the controller and assistant controller.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform clerical duties in the purchasing department, including data entry, customer service, phone and email communication.Assist in the purchasing order system.Position requires confidentiality of information.Job Specifications:Education: High school diploma or GED. Must be currently enrolled at La Sierra University.Experience: None required, will train.Skills: Filing accuracy, typing skills.Physical/Mental Demands: Regular office work environment. Physical labor is minimal.
