Locum Tenens Primary Care Physician OpportunityWe are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This outpatient assignment offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative practice with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.Compensation: $140 Per HourResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health maintenance.Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, and hyperlipidemia.Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.Qualifications:MD or DOBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineActive Massachusetts medical licenseCurrent DEA registrationCurrent BLS certification
