Work EnvironmentKey Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information pertaining to clients' emotional and psychological challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Administer individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities that promote healing and personal growth.

• Lead therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed strategies.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to maintain client safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy or psychoeducational workshops that provide additional support and resources to clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
