Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing symptoms related to mood disorders, focusing on the severity and persistence of symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring responsiveness to evolving client needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care efforts, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
