About the Opportunity

Boden Talent is partnering with a leading provider of integrated electronic security solutions to recruit a Commercial Account Executive . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a rapidly growing organization delivering cutting-edge security technology solutions across commercial markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of electronic security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, managed services, and maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Account Management

• Develop trusted, consultative relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts to increase service offerings and project support.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery.

Sales Process Management

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and project handover.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand operational requirements and security challenges.

Market Intelligence

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
• Leverage market knowledge to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting

• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to leadership.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' B2B outside sales experience selling technical or solutions-based products or services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing a sales territory and balancing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Preferred Experience

• Electronic security, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, or security technology sales experience.
• Knowledge of integrated security solutions and managed services offerings.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
