The Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Managers work collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of the dining establishment, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. The management team is structured with separate managers focusing on front-of-house and kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager takes a hands-on approach to overseeing daily kitchen activities, while the Restaurant Manager handles overall staff supervision and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff effectively
- Manage inventory with weekly audits
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee budget and control expenses
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Maintain quality control and food safety compliance
- Coordinate occasionally with vendors
- Train staff and resolve conflicts
- Lead teams to achieve operational goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in restaurant management
