Recruiter

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance. Collaborate with resource managers, hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, identify, and engage top candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Curate and maximize engagement within the Talent Community. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Maintain and update candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Join intake calls with hiring managers and department leads to define job requirements and align candidate profiles and expectations. Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-start. Assist in employer branding efforts promoting Atrium as an employer of choice. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technology. Requirements 2+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally servicing MSP-based clients. Skilled in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines. Preferred experience working within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry. Preferred experience working in a staffing, agency, direct sourcing, or RPO model. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to commute to our Columbus, Ohio office on a hybrid schedule. Minimal travel to client required. Bachelor’s degree is required.
