We are seeking a General Dentist who enjoys working with pediatric patients and is comfortable providing high-quality dental care to children while also serving general dentistry patients. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, mentorship, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on young patients’ oral health.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $300,000 - $550,000+
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including healthcare, free dental care, disability insurance, malpractice insurance, and life insurance
• Full Schedule: We see an average of 80-120 new patients per month, with a 3-day work week including two Saturdays per month
• Clinical Autonomy: You are the dentist. You determine the best course of treatment for your patients, including pediatric and family-focused care
• Mentorship: With multiple providers in each practice and a strong network of doctors to collaborate with, there are ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, preventive care, and other general procedures for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on children and adolescent patients.
• Pediatric Patient Care: Create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for young patients. Communicate clearly with children and parents, helping families understand treatment needs, oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term dental health.
• Patient Communication: Practice in alignment with our “We Speak Patient™” philosophy by explaining treatment in a way that is easy for patients and parents to understand, building trust and confidence at every visit.
• Leadership: Help manage office operations and collaborate with fellow doctors to ensure smooth office flow, excellent patient care, and strong patient satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, support, and mentor teammates while fostering a collaborative, efficient, and patient-centered work environment.
