Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Certification from an accredited pediatric dental residency program.
- An active Arizona Dental License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Certification in oral conscious sedation.
- Availability to see patients during scheduled office hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
- High Guaranteed Daily Minimum Salary
- Predominantly fee-for-service or PPO patient demographics.
- Access to a dedicated, company-sponsored insurance consulting team to secure optimal reimbursement rates.
- In-house options for moderate conscious sedation and general anesthesia for patient care.
- Mentorship opportunities available for recent pediatric dental graduates or experienced dentists seeking a fresh opportunity.
