As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control and badge procedures, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and document the arrival and departure of authorized personnel, vehicles, and deliveries. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, facilities, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
