Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the life of machinery and reduce unexpected failures.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Assist in training team members on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the manufacturing process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Technician should have:

• Technical expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
