Job Duties

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Financial Crimes Specialist

Position type: Full-time (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension or conversion to FTE)

Location: Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 4 days onsite 1 day Remote)

As a Financial Crimes Specialist Consultant, you will: Execute and maintain operational controls and collect monthly control evidence. Support issue management and control updates. Manage SharePoint access requests and MS Teams/SharePoint sites. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support risk and compliance initiatives. Maintain audit-ready documentation and improve control processes. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Financial Crimes, Fraud, Operational Risk, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, or related domains. Experience with control execution, issue management, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RCSA workshops and control writing. SharePoint administration and MS Teams site management. Prior experience in Financial Services is a plus. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $55- $60 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
