Pharmacy Technician Coordinator

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Coordinator to manage prescription processing, prior authorizations, and patient communication, ensuring efficient and accurate service for patients and healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities Communicating with patients and facilities to process prescriptions, refills, access benefits, apply charges against copays. Prior authorizations. Notify patients of prescription transfers, changes, updates. Work with pharmacists to communicate prescription information. Qualifications 2+ years pharmacy technician experience. Registered with State of Florida Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Tech Savvy. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role. Skills Tech Savvy. Education Registered with State of Florida Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Additional Requirements Schedule includes Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, with occasional weekend coverage.
